Since 2015, the Bilderberg Underground Comix Conference Berlin has been held once a year in a secret Kreuzberg backyard, eagerly awaited by some, unnoticed by most, with comics, exhibitions, concerts, animated films and other spectacles.
For the past 10 years, the Bilderbergers have published a book for each festival, in which they address topics such as Goethe, Garfield or childhood. The likeable, diverse and open-minded group of artists follows the maxim of "graphic novels",
illustrators' plexuses and pleasing "memes" to counter a comic culture that has degenerated into "graphic novels", their utopia, both lived and drawn, and to keep the underground spirit alive!
They are now showing works from 10 years of publication and festival in a major exhibition.
