"Will it be worth it if two of our people go to prison now?" asks an activist in Lützerath after a night-time exchange of blows with the police. Prison sentences against activists are becoming longer and harsher, and the question arises as to whether the personal repression makes the commitment worthwhile at all. There is talk of "cost-benefit". With great empathy and gripping camera work, the film tells of the struggle to find the "right" path and of solidarity in what is probably the largest social and political movement in the Western world. In doing so, it clearly takes the side of the climate movement and yet reveals ambivalence.
