Blanco White

Blanco White creates a captivating world of sensual rhythms and poetic lyrics that will not let go of the audience. In November 2023, time stands still for a short moment and gives the opportunity to escape the hectic with these melancholic sounds in Hamburg and Berlin. Behind Blanco White is the guitarist, singer and songwriter Josh Edwards. A Briton who lost his heart to southern Spain and the Andes. There he fell in love with flamenco and learned to play the charango. This deep devotion results in his distinctive melodies, which can be heard in three EPs between 2016 and 2018. One more refined than the other, as evidenced by the countless Spotify streams all over the world.

At festivals like Eurosonic, Iceland Airwaves or the Reeperbahn Festival, he drew even more people under his spell. In 2020 then the debut album "On the Other Side", followed by a headline tour through England in May 2022 and ultimately as support for Jose Gonzalez and Gregory Alan Isakov. This year his new EP "Time Can Prove You Wrong" will be released and in fall 2023 Blanco White will come to Germany for two dates as part of his USA/Europe tour.
