Feminist directness, unfiltered honesty and an unmistakable grunge roughness: Sabrina Teitelbaum aka Blondshell is back and returns to Berlin with an exclusive German show. Blondshell stands for uncompromising indie rock that is as raw as it is vulnerable. Influenced by a turbulent childhood in New York in the early 2000s, Sabrina Teitelbaum found her footing early on in the music of greats such as Patti Smith, Joy Division and The Velvet Underground. From these influences, she developed her own clear voice: songs that tell personal stories with unsparing openness, oscillating between force and melancholy, irony and intimacy.

Blondshell has made a name for herself internationally since her debut and the successful follow-up: the companion album to her second album, "Another Picture", features performances by Folk Bitch Trio, John Glacier and Gigi Perez, among others. Sold-out tours, acclaimed festival appearances at Coachella and Glastonbury, and over 150 concerts worldwide have been followed by TV appearances, prestigious awards and widespread media attention. This intensive live experience has further honed their sound and now forms the basis for new material.
