For this reason, rumors are no longer just going around that the so-called "Blue Print Rave" citizens' initiative could now receive prominent support from the self-dancing advertising rave master.

Why is he doing this and why might he be out and about in Cologne, especially before public holidays and at weekends? The answer is short and sweet: "To enforce the cross-district rave regulations."

It annoys him that too many techno partygoers rest on the assumption that no one will offer electronic music to party to in Cologne's Südstadt district at weekends and before public holidays anyway.
