Bogenbauworkshop

Course instructor Dr. Johann Tinnes has been making bows, arrows and accessories based on archaeological and ethnological models for many years and works for numerous museums.
In this course you will have the opportunity to make a bow and two arrows yourself under expert guidance. Hickory wood is generally used for the bows and pine or cedar (depending on availability) for the arrows. There will also be an introduction to the handling of the bow and a shooting-in session.

The program takes place on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00.
