Information for Vendors

On the day before the event (except on holidays and weekdays), our mobile office will be on-site at the event grounds to assist you.

During the summer months (March–October), we’ll be there from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

During the winter months (Nov.–Feb.), we’re there from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

On the day of the event, we’ll be on site starting at 6:00 a.m.

You canbook onlineuntil 12:00 p.m. the day before the event.

The sale of counterfeit brand-name items, fakes, and knockoffs of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately expelled from the event!

Cars/Vans at the Booth

Cars with a minimum length of 4 meters can park behind the booth. Station wagons or vans require a booth length of at least 5 to 6 meters. Alternatively, vendor parking spaces are available.

Setup Times

The reserved space can be occupied starting at 6:00 a.m. and will be held until 9:00 a.m. Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., cars are not permitted on the grounds.
