On June 2, 2024, we will celebrate the diversity of Brazilian music and festival culture for the 12th time with great artists from Cologne and Rio de Janeiro.

Our town twinning association aims to strengthen the cultural bridge between the two twin cities. Our festival has been an important date for the Cologne-Brazilian scene for years. At this open-air festival in the Odonien artists' colony, we present both traditional and modern Brazilian music. We are delighted to be able to present the astonishingly high quality of Cologne's specific music scene, for which this festival is also an important source of inspiration.

The selection of performances will focus on the cultural metropolis of Rio de Janeiro, which has always been a melting pot of cultures and continues to embody hope for peaceful, creative coexistence. The outstanding role of music in the development of Brazilian society is represented by both great amateurs and professional artists from Cologne.
