TRIPLEPACK
Musicians are creative—and a little crazy! Triplepack embodies this in every way: They stop at nothing, playing hot music that gets your feet moving! They put their own “Triplepack” spin on songs and classics from past decades. The result ranges from laid-back tracks steeped in an intimate bar atmosphere to top-notch numbers that’ll have you dancing like crazy. When you see Triplepack live, you’ll be completely swept up by their energy and forget all about the stress of everyday life!
TRIPLEPACK—3,000 VOLTS OF BASS, PIANO, AND DRUMS
Musicians are usually creative—and a little bit crazy. But the guys from Triplepack are that way in every sense: they simply stop at nothing. Their music features a classic lineup. Ralf Bartels plays the drums with brushes and sings backing vocals; Ralf Marckardt plucks the double bass until his fingers are raw and accompanies the vocals; and at the piano, Matthias Monka—Van Morrison-style—gets the audience fired up. These three gentlemen, dressed in dark attire, play hot American bar music (which is why they always wear sunglasses to protect themselves from sunburn). Triplepack clearly demonstrate that their music gets your feet moving and that every song can be given a swing twist: Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” or the Beatles’ “A Hard Day’s Night” are skillfully and professionally reimagined in a swing style.

These reinterpretations lose none of their originality. When you listen to their demo CD “Swingend erforderlich,” you get a sense that a concentrated dose of fun and good vibes is in store for you. When you see the guys from Triplepack perform live, you’ll be completely swept up by their energy and forget all about the stress of everyday life. Triplepack’s repertoire includes songs from the good old days—namely the 1920s—and ranges from modern hits of the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s to laid-back numbers steeped in an intimate bar atmosphere, right up to top-notch tracks that’ll have you dancing like crazy.
The three have vowed only one thing: “We’ll perform anywhere! Just not at funerals…” That’s understandable. After all, who would want to bring the dead back to life…

from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., though… the end of the concert is largely determined by the audience.
All concerts are “pass the hat” events, which means YOU, as a guest, decide what amount you think is appropriate to put in the hat. There are no rules—you alone decide. Here’s a little tip: Musicians create their music, rehearse, and come all the way here to perform! Musicians love the “spotlight,” but every amount—just like you—is welcome!
The Brasserie restaurant will be happy to take your reservation by phone at 04242/84 03 999 (please do not make reservations by email).

Musician applications (comprehensive and complete—and please, no “Hey, I’d like to play sometime”) should be sent to info@emotional.zone
