In my rooms you will: This is your invitation to make a real statement for the new year with CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK (= free, conscious, intuitive breathing): You enter a space that gently shakes your body once to perceive, to feel, to process, to finally let go; a space in which you go as far as it feels good and right for you; a space in which you feel that you can hold yourself at all times; in which you access your deep powerful intelligence, your wisdom, your truth.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK?

As a trained breathwork therapist through lichtatmung® in Berlin, I use so-called free conscious intuitive breathing , which means that YOU decide in the session how deep you want to go: We don't follow a specific breathing technique, it's about you using your breath as a tool at your pace and rhythm to look deeper, relax, let go. The more powerful, deeper and faster you breathe, the more doors will open - I promise! If you would like to experience this, then get your ticket via my ticket store.

Please note that this breathing journey is activating breathwork. This means that we will embark on a deep inner journey that is designed to give space to your emotions: From sadness, to anger, to joy and passion, this is the space where you allow yourself to feel what you perceive in the moment. Relaxation comes afterwards :-)
