SUPERHUMAN EXPERIENCE ❄️ Breathwork & cold bathing in the Isar river

This session combines two powerful tools from the world of biohacking and longevity: breathing and cold water immersion.
Together we will experience how your breath helps you to stay calm when your system is under stress - and how you can practice this skill in cold water. It's an experience that reminds you how much mental strength you actually have.
✺ My personal story with ice swimming
In 2017, I tried an ice bath for the first time at the Flow Fest biohacking festival by chance. I still remember the exact moment afterwards. The dopamine kick, the clarity in your head, that feeling after your whole system switches to "panic" - that everything suddenly becomes calm. And above all, that feeling afterwards: "I've just achieved something that I never thought I could do before."
A year later, I took part in an intensive workshop with Wim Hof, and once again it was ice bathing that fascinated me the most. Since then, I've been fascinated by the cold and what it does to me - both in the short and long term.
In the beginning, I was mainly interested in things like strengthening my immune system, the dopamine kick afterwards and the unbridled energy.
But over the years, I realized that the real effect is something else. It's mental strength, resilience. That moment when you're sitting in cold water and everything inside you is screaming: "Get out, I can't do this." And you stay. You slow down your breathing. You relax in an environment that sets off all your alarm bells.
You suddenly realize that you can do much more than you think. And it's exactly this feeling, this superhuman-feeling-I-can-tear-out-trees-and-everything-is-possible that I want to share with you.
✺ Why ice baths/cold baths anyway?
Cold is one of the most powerful natural stressors that we can consciously use. Used correctly, cold water immersion can, among other things:

❄️ greatly increase dopamine (often noticeable for hours afterwards), a real good mood boost
❄️ Strengthen mental resilience and stress tolerance

This session is a mixture of: Workshop, physical experience, mental training, breathwork, community.
You will not only learn how cold bathing works, but also experience it for yourself - in a safe, guided environment. We will prepare your body, mind and nervous system step by step.

You will receive a preparation video with some information in advance.
We start with a short workshop:
- Introduction to Breathwork theory & safe ice bathing practice
Breathwork exercises
Mental training & visualization- journaling & intention setting
The Isar awaits you:- Breath coaching during ice bathing- Guidance throughout the entire process
You always decide for yourself how long you stay in the water.
After the ice bath there is tea & homemade energy balls.

You don't need any experience with breathwork or ice bathing for the workshop.
✺ Contraindications for cold bathing
Cold bathing is not suitable if you suffer from certain health conditions. Please do not take part in the ice bath if you:
have severe cardiovascular disease
have untreated or severely elevated blood pressure
have recently had a heart attack or stroke
suffer from severe respiratory diseases
have epilepsy
are pregnant
are allergic to cold or have Raynaud's syndrome
are currently suffering from acute infections or fever, have open wounds
If you are unsure or have a pre-existing condition, please check with your doctor before taking part to see if cold exposure is suitable for you.
