✺ My personal story with ice swimming

In 2017, I tried an ice bath for the first time at the Flow Fest biohacking festival by chance. I still remember the exact moment afterwards. The dopamine kick, the clarity in your head, that feeling after your whole system switches to "panic" - that everything suddenly becomes calm. And above all, that feeling afterwards: "I've just achieved something that I never thought I could do before."
