Breathwork for Training & Regulation: Focus, Resilience, and Recovery—Training Your Nervous System.
Whether during training or in everyday life: How you breathe affects how you cope with stress—your stress levels, your recovery, and your mental clarity. And that’s something you can train. 🧠
In this workshop, you’ll learn scientifically proven breathwork methods that allow you to actively regulate your nervous system—for improved performance, better recovery, and true calm when you need it.
What to expect:
- 🔬 Breathing & the Nervous System: understand what’s going on inside you and learn how to influence it intentionally
- ⚡ Up- & Downregulation: when to activate, when to recover
- 💪 Breathing and physical exercises, including solo and partner drills
- 🏋️ A scalable workout followed by a mobility protocol
- 🌊 Concluding breathwork session to reset and integrate
