Frankfurt, November 06, 2023 - After Bruce Dickinson rocked the rock and metal world in September with the announcement of a new solo album and tour dates in Latin America, further details of his "The Mandrake Project" were announced today. The first single release will be "Afterglow of Ragnarok", a dramatic and epic track that introduces the world not only to the album's music, but also to the compelling story that forms the basis of "The Mandrake Project".

An eight-page comic book titled "Afterglow Of Ragnarok", which tells the backstory to "The Mandrake Project", is included in the booklet of the 7" vinyl single of the same name and sets the scene for the story to come. The 7" single also includes Dickinson's original solo demo version of the song "If Eternity Should Fail", which first appeared on Iron Maiden's 2015 album "The Book Of Souls".

Bruce Dickinson and his phenomenal band - consisting of guitarist Roy Z, drummer Dave Moreno, bassist Tanya O'Callaghan and keyboard maestro Mistheria - have already announced Brazilian and Mexican live dates for April and May next year and will continue their tour with a series of European shows and some festival appearances in Europe. Five shows have been confirmed for Germany: on June 16 in Berlin at Huxleys, on June 17 in Hamburg at Große Freiheit 36, on June 24 in Mannheim at Zeltfestival Rhein-Neckar, on June 25 in Munich at Circus Krone and on July 2 in Cologne at E-Werk.

Dickinson announced in advance: "This album has been a very personal journey for me and I'm very proud of it. Roy Z and I have been planning, writing and recording it for years and I'm really looking forward to people finally hearing it. I'm even more excited at the prospect of going on tour with this fantastic band we've put together to bring it to life. As you can see, we're playing as many shows as we can, in as many places as we can, to as many people as we can!"
