Monday morning and already stressed and not in the mood?

🌈Give yourself a stress-free, focused and activated start to a successful week! 🌈

🎯Plan your week so that you achieve your most important goals without losing yourself in stress. And together with your peer in a small group.

As a business coach, agile coach and trainer, I will give you the essence of time management, agility and self-management so that you can put it into practice straight away.

🌿Format (regularly on Mondays:

1. activation / relaxation

2. input on weekly planning / reflection on the previous week

3. alignment and prioritization

4. planning your tasks

5. practical exercise

Monday Flow is part of the Flow-to-Grow week, which offers a different format for you each day.

🌳Setting:

In the park on your cushion / stool with your work utensils, preferably with your lunch

(First step to bring enjoyment into your work, change your perspective, try out new things and get away from the hamster wheel)

🚩Place:

In the park (sometimes somewhere else)

If the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll sit in a nice café.

💸Costs:
