When was the last time you felt truly connected to yourself?

Mama Cacao opens the doors to our hearts and invites us to go a step deeper - to ourselves, our feelings, our longing for connection. This is exactly why I invite you to Cacao & Connect on 19.04.2026: a special kind of ceremony in which we create a space in which heart connections can grow through cacao, encounter practices and mindful exercises.

We open up together with others. We use the power of cocoa as a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine to strengthen the connection to our inner self and to truly meet each other in a safe space.

We come together, share experiences, laugh, cry, feel, remain silent and allow ourselves to be carried by the energy of cacao. Through encounter practices, we intensify the experience and learn how fulfilling it is to be truly seen and held - by ourselves, by the collective.

Finally, I will guide you through a gentle meditation to allow the experience to sink in and relax.
