Immerse yourself in a world full of color, imagination, and a relaxed atmosphere. The Purrfect Studio brings the creative experience right to you—whether at a café, in an event space, or at your private party. Here, you’ll create not only hand-painted ceramics but also truly heartfelt moments.

Please contact us immediately after purchasing your ticket to reserve one of our time slots: 10:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., 12:00–15:30, 14:00–17:30, or 16:00–19:30.

What to expect:

Your ticket includes a ceramic piece worth up to 35 €, and, on Sundays as part of our Cake & Paint special, a slice of homemade cake and two drinks of your choice—from creamy matcha to aromatic hojicha, our signature cocktails and mocktails, or refreshing soft drinks.

Do you have any allergies or food intolerances? Please note them when you book so we can take them into account.

Your creative session lasts 3.5 hours, including a brief introduction to techniques and designs. If there are still spots available afterward, you’re welcome to keep painting, dreaming, and creating.

Want to paint more than one piece? No problem! Each additional piece of pottery will be billed separately on-site—giving you even more room for your ideas.

For friends, couples, teams, and creative minds of all kinds. Ideal for bachelorette parties, birthdays, or team-building events where togetherness takes center stage. No prior experience needed—we’ll bring all the materials, instructions, and, of course, the fun.

What happens when I’m done?

You’ll leave your finished ceramics with us, as they still need to be glazed and fired before you can use them. We’ll take a photo of your pieces and send you a message as soon as they’re ready, and we’ll schedule a time for you to pick them up.

Due to the size of our kiln and our operating hours, it may take 3–4 weeks before you can pick up your ceramics.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:
Up to7 days before the event date, you can cancel your booking free of charge via email or WhatsApp, or reschedule it for another date.

Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the event:
If you cancel between6 and 2 days before the event date, we will charge50% of the ticket price. Alternatively, you can reschedule to another date once at no charge or transfer your ticket to another person.

Cancellation 48 hours or less before the event / No-show:
If you cancelless than 48 hours before the event startsor if you do not show up (no-show), thefull ticket price isdue. A refund is not possible in this case. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person—please let us know in advance.

Group bookings (8 or more people):
The same deadlines apply to groups of 8 or more people; due to the increased planning effort involved, we reserve the right to charge at least50% of the total amountfor last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days in advance). We will clarify the details in the individual group confirmation email.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling to a different date is possible—subject to availability—oncefree of charge up to48 hours before the event begins. Any additional rescheduling may besubjectto a flat processing fee of€10 per booking.

Vouchers & Promotional Prices:
Tickets that have already been paid for can generallybe converted intogift certificates but cannot be refunded in cash. Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and are valid only for the advertised period and the respective event.

Important Note Regarding Rescheduling:
If you reschedule your ticket to a different date (regardless of when the rescheduling takes place), the new event is considereda new booking. You cannot cancel this new booking for free. If you cancel the new date—regardless of how many days in advance—100% of the ticket pricewill be charged as a cancellation fee. The rebooking itself is free of charge up to 48 hours before the original event; after that, it is subject to the cancellation rules mentioned above (50% for 6–2 days, 100% for <48 h). We therefore recommend making rebookings as early as possible.

These policies help us plan materials, staff, and seating fairly—while ensuring a high-quality experience for you and all other guests.
