Call It Off—a staple of the Dutch pop-punk scene since 2013—is breaking new ground this winter. On their “Eras Tour goes pop punk,” the band pays tribute to their musical idol Taylor Swift with an explosive live show full of raw guitars, rousing drums, and a healthy dose of emotion and nostalgia. Their love for Taylor Swift has been around for years. Drummer Sergei says, “When I first heard her songs in 2008, it felt like I was listening to my own songs.” What started as a joke on the tour bus—a quick cover just for fun—went so viral online that fans were clamoring for more. Fresh off the release of their album “Not Another Sad Album,” the band is already set to release their next album this fall. A full Taylor Swift cover album is in the works. In 2026, the band will extend their tour and expand it across all of Europe.
