ARANKAI (Oscar) hails from the U.S. Midwest and first gained attention in 2022 with a series of self-released independent albums. With his intense blend of metal, alternative rock, and emotionally charged storytelling, he quickly developed a distinctive sound and gained a steadily growing fan base through his strong social media presence.

In 2025, “A Portrait of Red” was released as the first part of his planned album trilogy—a powerful debut that established ARANKAI as an exciting new voice in the alternative metal scene and is now also drawing increasing attention with his live performances.
