„Cassia“ & „Novir vs. the world“

"Cassia": A young drag queen from Halle (Saale) gives us an insight into her reality. Cassia Curiouss, whose real name is Elias Heyne, talks about her gender identity, about acceptance and about being a little outspoken, even within the LGBTQ+ community. The film also shows how her relationship with her family changed over the years and how Cassia's journey began in a small village in eastern Germany. She and her father reminisce about Cassia's coming out and her career, which ultimately leads her to her specially planned drag show in the film.
