Chihiros Reise ins Zauberland

She sits passively through the car ride with her parents. After passing through a tunnel, the family arrives at a deserted place. There, Chihiro’s parents are soon transformed into pigs by a mysterious spell. Left alone, Chihiro now finds herself in a strange world that humans are not supposed to enter. There, Chihiro befriends a mysterious boy named Haku. She now does everything she can to free her parents, who have been turned into pigs. To achieve this, she must enter the service of the witch Yu-Baaba, who rules over a large bathhouse. Exhausted gods and spirits come to rest there. Since humans have no place in the witch’s world, Yu-Baaba gives the girl a new identity.
