When Keshav Purushotham meets his father Ramesh Shotham in a duo with drummer Niklas Schneider, an unusual dialog spans generations. The world-famous percussionist and WDR Jazz Prize winner meets his son's kaleidoscopic sound thinking - known for Keshavara, a project between Krautpop, dub and psychedelic audio cinema.
In this constellation, Ramesh Shotham's polyrhythmic precision meets the floating sounds of Keshavara. Structure and openness, experience and experiment - a musical conversation with an open outcome.
