Conic Rose

Hypnotic nighttime city drives and light-drenched places of longing. A journey into the no-man’s-land between dream and reality, hope and disillusionment, everyday life and escape. The music of the Berlin band Conic Rose moves between indie pop, jazz, ambient, and electronica. They create a soundtrack that conjures up its own unique images in the listener’s mind.

Conic Rose’s distinctive sound arises from the combination of hoarse trumpet tones with the mellow sounds of electric and acoustic guitars, keyboards, bass, and stoic drumming. The magic formula for trumpeter Konstantin Döben and pianist/keyboardist Johannes Arzberger—who know each other from Clueso’s band—as well as guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Bertram Burkert, bassist Franziska Aller, and drummer Nicholas Stampf is an open-minded approach to all possibilities. This passion for their own sound is palpable in every single moment.

Following their debut album “Heller Tag,” Conic Rose will release their second album in 2026 “Wedding,” with which they delve deeper into their surreal journey into the world of distorted mirror images, only to celebrate a new ideal of unadulterated beauty in sound at the other end of the wormhole.
