Do you have that one creative project that’s been gathering dust at home for weeks or months? Or do you just feel like creating something new with your hands again? Then Create & Yapis the perfect event for you!

We’ll meet up for a cozy picnic in the beautiful Volksgarten. Whether it’s knitting, crocheting, crafting, or painting: Bring your own project or choose one of our DIY specials and work on it in a relaxed setting under the open sky. It’s just more fun together—you can chat, inspire each other, or just get lost in the flow of your craft. No class, no pressure—just good vibes and great people. Perfect for letting your mind wander! Picnic blankets will, of course, be provided for you on-site.

For this event, you can choose between three ticket options:

• 1. Ticket: Disco Duck/Mushroom 🪩🦆 Bring the ultimate sparkle home! Design your own duck or mushroom out of Styrofoam using shimmering disco mosaic tiles (approx. 7 cm). A real eye-catcher. (Includes all materials and instructions)

• 2. Ticket: Sunglasses Strap 🕶️📿 Bring on summer! String together your very own custom sunglasses strap from a colorful selection of beads. Stylish and super practical. (Includes all materials and instructions)

• 3. Ticket: Bring Your Own Project 🧶🎨 The classic: Pack your unfinished craft project, your sketchbook, or your current project and use the time to finally make some progress. (You bring your own materials)

What to Expect:

• Creative Flow:Time and space to focus on creating something beautiful.

• Cozy Vibe and Community:Meet like-minded people, chat for a while, or enjoy the relaxed picnic atmosphere.

• Everything You Need:Non-alcoholic aperitifs, water, and snacks are included with every ticket!

Location and Weather:

You can find the exact meeting spot in the Volksgarten on the map excerpt behind the ticket link. Just look for our beige blankets and the handcart when you get there.

Important note about the weather:Since we’re planning an outdoor event, we reserve the right to move the location indoors at short notice or postpone the event in case of bad weather. In that case, we’ll of course let you know in plenty of time via email.
