Words have power - and in this course you will transform them into an expressive work of art. Whether it's your personal motto, an affirmation that strengthens you or a word that inspires you - here you can creatively design your message.

What awaits you:
You experiment with colors, fonts and techniques such as acrylic, chalk or collage. You will play with shapes and materials to make your affirmation visible in a completely new way. In the end, you will hold an individual work of art in your hands - as a reminder of what is important to you.

1. Introduction: What are affirmations and how can they strengthen you in everyday life?
2. Material experiment: Playful experimentation with colors, fonts and creative techniques.
3. Find affirmations: You choose inspiring statements or develop your own to suit your life.
4. Design: You artistically translate your affirmations onto cards - individually and expressively.
5. Result: At the end, you will hold a set of 4-8 unique affirmation cards in your hands.
