Culture Club

In the organizer's words:

The Kultur(r)etten have been organizing the Culture Club, the only LGBTQ show in the state capital Düsseldorf, under the motto 'Stars, starlets and sluts' or 'Without rehearsals all the way to the top' for 30 years, since 1993. Everyone is welcome to enjoy a cheerful, wild but also trashy show, which often surprises the performers and is constantly being reinvented.

Before the Culture Club takes its summer break, the traditional ESCulture Club will take place again on May 12. Of course, we will be traveling to the country of our last winner: to beautiful Egg Salatistan, where last year's winner Guillotine Bayonets will welcome us to her homeland!
Admission is from 6 pm. There will be plenty of time to chat and of course have a drink or two beforehand to prepare for the show. The program starts at 7 p.m., but during the 20-minute break you will again have the opportunity to exchange ideas. The program is expected to end around 9:30 pm.

The Jazzschmiede has sufficient seating so that everyone can get a seat. The hall is easily accessible at ground level for wheelchair users. For your physical well-being, our vendor's tray offers snacks and sweets for a small price. And the Jazzschmiede team will provide you with a variety of inexpensive drinks before, during and after the show.
