In the organizer's words:
The founding production of the Theater der Klaenge from 1987, a scenic reconstruction of Kurt Schmidt's "Mechanical Ballet" and László Moholy-Nagy's "Mechanical Eccentricity" - those works from the Bauhaus stage in which form, movement, sound and light become their own subject. We bring selected scenes from the Mechanical Ballet to the stage as a suite, reworked and newly arranged. Production and choreography: Jörg U. Lensing.
