In the organizer's words:
Duckomenta has been successfully touring Europe for over 30 years. Over 2 million people have already seen the exhibition. The idea for "Verentung der Welt" was born in 1981 in an art seminar at the Braunschweig University of the Arts. Without thinking about an exhibition, the students continued to develop the parallel universe. The first exhibition came in 1986.
In her lecture, Anke Doepner, Managing Director of interDuck, takes a look behind the scenes of the cult exhibition.
