This sound journey is highly intuitive and different every time. Changing combinations of techniques from mindfulness/energy/breathwork, changing instruments.
Perfect for letting yourself fall deeply into relaxation.
The main part of each Deep State session is intuitive gong playing on one of the large main gongs.
FOCUS: learning new meditation techniques, relaxation
VOLUME: moderate, use of the surround system
DOOR OPENER: changing mindfulness techniques and combinations
