Workshop I Open Dance Floor I Sound Bathing

Unfolding a collective resonance within yourself

Somatic bodywork meets the dynamic energy of clubbing. Inspired by strategies from contemporary dance, we will dive deeper together into the experience of movement, connection and flow moments, supported by a live electronic set.

By moving through different energies, we use the body as a tool to open up and dive into a collective resonance space. Together we will explore how the resonance of the group creates new inner spaces that regulate the nervous system and create a deep connection between individual and collective perception.

In an open space for exchange and encounter, we will drift between phases of intense energy, moments of personal reflection, group work, touch, relaxation and raving.

This workshop invites you to feel yourself and to create a deeper connection to yourself, your body and the "collective body" by exploring your heart space and inner states. Supported by a bio-frequency sound bath, we discover deeper layers of the individual and collective.
Deeper States is for anyone who wants to deepen their connection to their own body and the group while experiencing the transformative energy of an open, supportive community and clubbing.

Good to know:

*Bring comfortable clothes, possibly a change of clothes. There is the possibility to take a shower
*The room is large and it is winter, so bring something warm to wear at the beginning if needed.
if necessary, also a blanket
*Bring enough water and if you need something to eat, there will be breaks for this
*The event is a drug-free space
