Die Jungen im Kunstverein
In the organizer's words:
The Junge im Kunstverein is a platform for anyone who is looking to engage with art and exchange ideas with like-minded people. Here you can meet new people, network and learn more about art in direct conversation with art historians, artists and gallery owners.
At the event on May 28, curator Eva Fischer-Hausdorf will give us a guided tour of the bizarre art kiosk Bizart Baz'art by Ben Vautier, a new acquisition by the Kunstverein in Bremen to mark its 200th anniversary.
On June 18, we will be guests in the studio of Bremen artist Nanja Heid at the Zentrum für Kunst im Tabakquartier. There she will present her expansive sewing machine drawings on fabric and paper.
If you are a member of the Kunstverein in Bremen and between 20 and 40 years old and would like to attend, please register by emailing Pauline Reischuck. There is also the opportunity for anyone interested who is not yet a member to get a taste of it on an evening.
