In the organizer's words:
Dim Sum or Dian Xin are traditional specialties from Chinese cuisine, mainly known from the Canton area. We usually associate small dumplings with this term, but dim sum is much more than that. In addition to spicy dumplings, we will also prepare rice noodle rolls with shrimps, crispy meatballs with mushrooms and delicate egg tarts for a sweet finish. You will also learn how to put together a traditional dim sum menu that can be prepared in a time-saving manner.
