Make Your Own Set of Dyed Candles

In this workshop, you’ll design a custom set of taper candles. You’ll learn various dyeing techniques and experiment with color gradients, dip-dye effects, speckles, or freehand patterns.

Whether bright and colorful, pastel, or more subdued: You’ll develop your own color combinations and decorate your candles to suit your taste. At the end, you’ll take your personalized candle set home with you.

What to expect

• An introduction to various candle-dyeing techniques
• Working with wax dyes and dip-dye techniques
• Creating color gradients, speckles, and patterns
• Developing your own color combinations
• Support in designing your candles

You’ll take home

• your own set of decorated taper candles
• initial experience in candle dyeing
• new ideas for colors, patterns, and decorative designs

Good to know

• No prior experience required
• Materials and tools are provided
• Please wear clothing that can get wax or dye on it
• You can take the candles home after the workshop
• The workshop will take place with a minimum of 10 participants.
