DRAG WORKSHOP
Immerse yourself in the colorful world of drag!
On June 14, 2024 we open our doors for you from 15:00 to 21:00. At our workshop, we will show you how to bring your own drag personality to life.
Together with other participants, you can learn how to transform yourself into your drag persona with make-up, hair and outfits.
Make-up and costumes will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own make-up and outfits!
AS WE WILL ALSO BE PRACTICING DANCING AND PERFORMING, PLEASE BRING A SONG THAT IS PARTICULARLY CLOSE TO YOUR HEART OR THAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO ROCK THE STAGE TO.
About us:
The Drag King "Atlas" has been on stage at political rallies such as the CSD as well as queer festivals and parties since 2016.
He has also been involved in political campaigns such as the "Visible in Freiburg" campaign.
Jimothée Chalampé describes herself as a genderfluid drag performance artist and has been performing on various stages since 2020. Jimmotheé is somewhere between punk, theater, hyperpop and sexual education and loves to pass this on.
Barierren:
The space is located on the first floor and is accessible through a non-electric door and is wheelchair accessible. There is access to wheelchair-accessible toilets.
From 9 pm you can continue the party directly at our DYKE DISKO!
