The DREIGANG Pop up Restaurant is coming back to the Rufffactory!

From 10.04.24 - 14.04.24 we will transform the old industrial hall into a beautiful restaurant for five days.

We love what we do and that on all levels. Sebastian Huppertz always develops complex and exciting culinary menus, for which we want to create a setting that is also something special.

The Rufffactory is something special!
An industrial monument that is rarely used anymore and especially not as a pop-up restaurant. With great attention to detail and an eye for the big picture, we transform the hall into an extraordinary place ...
With great food, selected wines, live music and art: a space for enjoyment that can be experienced with all the senses and where hopefully everyone will feel comfortable and spend a few wonderful hours.

LIVE MUSIC: We are delighted that this time THIS IS MARA will be playing live for you on all days of the pop-up restaurant.
We think it is an absolute highlight and an added value for the whole ambience of our pop up restaurant.
We had once only tried to do it via donations, but since we want to support the musicians appropriately, we hope that you will understand and that we will collect a contribution of 6 € p.p. in cash for the musicians for this special ad-on at the reception.

VISUAL SUPPORT PROGRAM: This time, Iren from Empire Zero One has invited Galerie Koppelmann to decorate the walls of the pop-up restaurant with works of art. The Cologne gallery is showing an impressive exhibition by Horst Kistner, a Karlsruhe-based photographer who has won numerous awards.
