Adafina - the traditional Shabbat stew of Spanish-speaking Jews is the duo's namesake and inspiration.

The ingredients are the unconventional instrumentation of accordion, flutes, dulcimer, marimba, vibraphone and percussion.
Spiced up with the unusual combination of klezmer, tango, South American rhythms and baroque soundscapes.

The result is a spicy stew that touches all the senses - a musical delicacy with guaranteed taste explosion!
