EARTH MY BODY

Explore with us the land we live on and the landscapes of our beings. 
This workshop is an invitation to honor and move your body as part of a living earth and to connect with it, remembering its place in the web of life. 

We will use improvised and choreographed dance elements as tools to help bring forth the expressions that are already within your body. No prior dance experience is necessary.

WEAVING DANCE workshops aim to create space for connection—to yourself, your body, your individual expression, and to one another—as we journey together through four hours of dance, rhythm, play, experimentation, and sharing.
