EbertPänz 1/2024 - PELEMELE!

In the first edition / 2024 of our fine concert series for children and parents, the Cologne children's rock sensation Pelemele is honoring us for the second time! With their brilliant LIVE shows and award-winning studio albums, they have been delighting fans young and old for 20 years now - on stage as well as in the children's room at home. Songs such as "Ins Tor!", "Bumschakalaka" and "Stinkefüße" have become real children's radio hits. Songs from all Pelemele CDs have reached number 1 in the WDR KIRAKA/LILIPUZ charts. The band has won the "Kinderliederwelt" competition organized by WDR and UNICEF several times and received the highest rating of "6 trumpets" from the HR programme "Klangohr". The concert starts punctually at 17h, please be there at least 15 minutes before the start! Free admission!

The EbertPänz concerts took place for the first time in summer 2019 at Ebertplatz. At each edition of the EbertPänz concerts, we invite top-class musicians from all over Germany to liven up Ebertplatz together with the children. The selection of musicians focuses on music outside the mainstream of children's music, with the musical quality and colorful diversity of the invited bands and singer-songwriters taking center stage. The EbertPänz concerts are curated and hosted by Cologne musician Johannes Stankowski, who is already well known to many children and parents in Cologne thanks to his children's songs and concerts.
