Sometimes there are moments when everything is allowed to slow down. Moments when you can feel your baby, become aware of yourself and arrive in the moment together. 🤍

Ecstatic Baby Dance is a free movement space for parents with babies - without choreography, without right or wrong. You move intuitively, at your own pace and in harmony with your baby. 😍

Breaks, breastfeeding, carrying and pausing are welcome at any time.

Procedure:
Arrival - introduction - presence exercises - dancing - conclusion

👶 For babies of all ages, as soon as they can be carried in a carrier.

⚡️ Pushchairs: Limited space in the uncovered courtyard. Please come in a stroller if possible. If a stroller is required, please register in advance.
