CLOSING CEREMONY 2025
Cacao Ritual / Ecstatic Dance / Concert

2025 was intense. Time to consciously let go, give thanks and dance freely into the new year.

A ceremonial evening of gratitude, ecstatic dance and healing song. Let's honor the year together with our Tribe and nourish each other on all levels.

PROGRAM:

16:00 - Arrival & Warm Hugs
4:30 pm - KAKAO & DESPACHO RITUAL
Elisa leads the women's circle, Nils the men's circle - in separate rooms for deep heart opening. We open our hearts with ceremonial raw cocoa and reflect on the year in a protected setting.

In the Despacho ritual from the Andes, we create a mandala of gratitude together: bring a natural object (stone, leaf, feather, seed) and place it in the center with your intention. At the end of the evening, we bury all the gifts and plant an apple tree on top. New life will grow from your gratitude.

18:00 - POTLUCK BUFFET
Together we nourish ourselves - not only through dance and song, but also with lovingly prepared delicacies. Bring your favorite dish, colorful salads or healthy snacks and share them with the community.

19:00 - ECSTATIC DANCE with DJ Bombye
Dance freely - without choreography, without judgment, without right or wrong. DJ Bombye takes you on a musical journey from soft sounds to powerful beats. Let the music flow through you and dance the year out of your system.

21:00 - SOUNDHEALING & CONCERT
After the ecstatic movement, a sing-along concert by Yopi, Lotta & Milan awaits you. Immerse yourself in relaxing sounds that will calm your body and mind.

23:00 - FINAL RITUAL & TREE PLANTING
We close the evening together: the Despacho mandala is placed in the ground, we plant the tree on it and release the year 2025 into the healing power of nature.

GUIDELINES:
- Dancing barefoot for better grounding
- Alcohol and drug free
- No verbal communication during the dance
- Cell phones remain silent and packed away
- Respectful, mindful interaction with each other

PLEASE BRING ALONG:
- Blanket for relaxation phases
- Drinking bottle (can be refilled on site)
- Natural object for the Despacho ceremony (stone, leaf, feather, seed)
- Potluck contribution (your favorite dish, salads or healthy snacks)
