Shanti Collective,
featuring Thomas and Hendrick from Berlin and Cologne, who warmly invite you to regular “Ecstatic Dance” evenings in a beautiful studio setting in Cologne. As hosts and DJs, they’ve been turning the Stadtgarten upside down for over 12 years at events like “art of house.” They’ve also had the chance to play their music at the Burning Man Festival in the U.S., as well as in Ibiza, Panama, Mexico, South Africa, and many other places.
What a magical energy in the first half of the year—thank you for being part of our community. ✨ We’ll be back at the end of September after the summer break, and this time we’ll be dancing on a Saturday at the Cologne Dance Center, near the Stadtgarten. We look forward to seeing you all and to a night of connection! ◡̈
We’ll start with the cacao ritual, led by the lovely Bina (@bezaubernde_innenwelt), then move into our 2-hour DJ set by SHANTI KOLLEKTIV (house music, electronica, psy, soul, world & spiritual music), and then we’ll create a final relaxation sound journey for you.
No alcohol, no drugs, no cell phones—just the music, ecstasy, and the shared moment. “Dance as if no one is watching” is the motto, but it’s worth noting: it’s not about performing, but about how you feel 💃 🎼🕺🏻🤸🏻♂️🪬

When & Where?
Saturday, September 26, 2026, 5:00–8:30 p.m.
Cologne Dance Center, Venloerstr. 41, Cologne (up the metal staircase, directly to the left of the Rewe entrance)
Space is limited; we recommend purchasing your ticket in advance.
Important notes:
· Comfortable clothing for dancing / a change of clothes if needed
· Warm socks
· Don’t forget to bring water to stay hydrated
· Please bring your own cup for the hot cocoa
· Doors open at 5:00 p.m. The hot cocoa ritual begins at 5:30 p.m.—please arrive on time, as we won’t be able to let you in once the ritual has started, and you won’t be able to rejoin the DJ set until 5:45 p.m.
✨Please refrain from talking while dancing
An important request from all of us at the Cologne Dance Center: Please note that we’ll be above the REWE (take the metal stairs on the left), and the windows must remain closed while the music is playing out of consideration for the neighbors.
