Throughout the experience, you'll be supported by live crystal bowl soundscapes, tuned to 432 Hz - the frequency of the Earth's natural rhythm. These tones weave through the dance like an undercurrent, grounding the body as energy expands, and inviting moments of release and renewal.

We'll close with stillness and integration, held in the resonance of the bowls - a chance to settle into the quiet pulse beneath the movement, like winter's stillness after the storm.
