The Ecstatic Dance Sauna Session is a full-body experience that takes you from movement to stillness, from the dance floor straight into deep relaxation. A carefully designed journey for those who want to go all the way. This isn’t just a dance event. It’s a complete reset for your body, mind, and soul.

Release tension, shake off the week, explore what lives inside you, and reconnect with your natural body intelligence. The dance floor is a safe space—all bodies are welcome.

🧖 SAUNA — Let the heat hold you After the dance, we move into the sauna. Heat wraps around your muscles, your nervous system finally exhales, and everything that was shaken loose on the dance floor melts away completely. Deep muscle release, improved circulation, full detox—your body in total surrender.

🔔 CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS — Arrive in stillness To close the journey, crystal singing bowls guide you into complete presence. Vibration moving through every cell. Sound healing that aligns your energy, deepens relaxation, and carries you to a place words can’t describe. You came to dance; you leave transformed.
