In the organizer's words:
Self-help for people with trauma experience aged 21 and over (affected persons)
At the beginning of each meeting, we play Ojemine! in three rounds, where everyone answers questions in turn, such as "What annoys you?".
The questions are posed by the alternating moderator. Together we are self-effective: brave, strong and beautiful.
Every 2nd Friday from 17:30 to 19:00. Also on public holidays.
After a short flash and a break, we move on to the topic round: everyone writes their topic on a piece of paper.
This is placed in a box. A topic is drawn at random and discussed for an hour. Don't worry, no topic is lost. The remaining pieces of paper remain in the box for the future.
We create a safe space in which we get to know each other and treat each other with respect.
The room rent is due on July 1 and December 1. Together we look at who can pay how much.
We are a self-help group and do not provide psychotherapeutic group services.
In emergencies, please contact the medical on-call service 116 117 or 112.
We reserve the right to give a fictitious address in order to provide a safe space.
