In the organizer's words:
Iraq in the 90s. While dictator Saddam Hussein celebrates his birthday across the country despite hardship and shortages, 9-year-old Lamia has a dreaded task at her school: she has to bake the cake for the local celebrations. It is an almost impossible task, as there is a shortage of food in the country. Eggs, sugar and flour are even scarcer. But she has to make it, otherwise her family will face harsh punishments.
