Blood & Sinners

The year is 1932: twins Smoke and Stack (both played by Michal B. Jordan) return to their hometown in Mississippi to get a fresh start after experiences all over the world. Coming from Chicago, where they were last involved in the gangster milieu, they now want to open a nightclub in an old barn that is fully dedicated to blues music.
On the day of the opening, however, the notorious duo still have some work to do. While Stack and her cousin, the gifted guitarist and singer Sammie Moore (Miles Caton), look for other entertainers, Smoke recruits his former partner Annie (Wunmi Mosaku) as a cook. In the evening, the pub fills up with black guests who dance the night away. What nobody suspects yet: vampires led by Remmick (Jack O'Connell) are roaming the area in search of new victims.
