Program

Modern urban space is our personal space of action in everyday life and the place where we spend most of our time - but how often do we really perceive it? Who or what do we share everyday spaces with and what do we overlook? Between familiar streets, fleeting encounters and overlooked details, we often lose ourselves in routines - scrolling through social media on the train platform and having music in our ears on the way to the supermarket. Our changing media usage through smartphones is changing our visual and auditory perception, and it is easy to become distracted because we already know what is around us. Or maybe not?

With the audio walk Immerse , the spaces of our everyday life in public urban space are rediscovered and made tangible - as are the shared perspectives of urban life. Linger for a moment. Take a closer look. Listen, for a song sleeps in all things that dream on and on...

This concert is the public presentation of an artistic-social scholarship project that was developed in the third year of training at the TONALi Stage Academy. The result will be presented here in its entire artistic form. It is the conclusion of a one-year process in which the academy students founded their own projects, worked together with mentors and set new impulses for an open concert culture.
