ELEKTRORAMA #3
HIRAETH / KITSUNE
"Experimental Live Sets"
HIRAETH - Electronics, Objects, Vocals
-
KITSUNE - Laptop, Electronics
For the first time on a Thursday: Experimental Club & Electronic Jam
In the third edition of ELEKTRORAMA as part of Jazzorama, we present 2 electrifying live acts in a row:
Hiraeth
Hiraeth's sound moves in a floating intermediate state - raw, organic and at the same time preserved like a body in a bog. Creaking, brittle structures meet a peculiar calm in which decay does not end but expands. Hiraeth's music seems like a frozen process: dark, physical and timeless.
Kitsune
In contrast to others, KITSUNE provides an insight into his world of thought. In his minimalist studio, he describes it like this: "I dream of memories that others have experienced." He is driven by direct encounters with aura - a fleeting breath of sound. His sample-based way of working is a means for him to relive memories and intensify his physical existence through a "sighing melancholy".

After the concert, the stage will become an open electronic jam session: everyone is invited to bring their own modular synths, effects devices or DIY instruments and take part in a collective improvisation. DJ decks will also be available - bring your noise and plug in.
Visual artists are also invited to spontaneously connect their laptops to our projector at the jam.
