Erzählwerkstatt
In the organizer's words:
In this storytelling workshop, everyone is invited to bring along their favorite story. Together we will talk about what stories mean to us personally and why they touch or accompany us.
Telling stories is one of the oldest forms of human communication. People have been passing on experiences, knowledge and feelings in this way for thousands of years. Stories can comfort us, make us laugh, make us think and create community.
The workshop leader Tamer Özcan will also tell some of Nasreddin Hodja's stories. Nasreddin Hodja was a wise rogue from the 13th century. His short, humorous stories are known throughout the Orient and combine wit with surprising wisdom.
We then develop our own story together. With the help of simple writing and storytelling techniques, we will discover how ideas arise and how they can be creatively developed. The workshop offers space for exchange, creativity and shared experience, because stories connect people.
