European Padel Championship

PadelCity brings the padel highlight of the year to Munich! Celebrate the fastest growing sport in the world with us.

PadelCity brings the padel highlight of the year to Munich: The PadelCity European Championship in partnership with CUPRA. From June 26 to 30, visitors to the Olympic Ice Stadium - right next to the UEFA European Championship Fan Mile - can expect a comprehensive sports and supporting program with top sporting performances and plenty of entertainment.

The focus will be on padel tournaments with international teams from eight European countries competing against each other. The sporting event will be flanked by a comprehensive supporting program for people of all ages. This includes entertaining padel games with well-known influencers, competing against professional athletes (such as Tommy Haas and Neven Subotic, moderated by Marco Hagemann) and matches with padel players from various Bavarian soccer clubs (including FC Bayern, TSV 1860 Munich, Unterhaching, Greuther Fürth).

Children can meet their sports idols on 26.6 at the biggest Kids Day in Padel history (over 1,000 kids), followed by a student party on the opening evening.

A Business Cup for companies and partners will follow on June 27 for relaxed networking while playing sport. On the weekend (June 29 and 30) there will be tournaments for the amateur community and a soccer slam between the Bavarian professional soccer clubs. Jonathan Sierck, Co-Founder and Managing Director of PadelCity: "In sports year 24, we want to offer padel fans and interested parties something very special. For the first time, we are organizing our own European Championship. We are very confident that we will be able to establish the event in Germany and thus make a further contribution to making the sport of padel better known and more popular in this country."
