Weihnachtskonzert "Zum Singen, Swingen, Schlittenfahren"
In the organizer's words:
The Sinfonisches BlasOrchester Köln (SBOK) cordially invites you to its Christmas concert. You can expect an atmospheric and Christmassy concert "For singing, swinging, sledging" and full of variety. Enjoy contemplative and romantic sounds, Celtic melodies, jazz, folklore and musical snow flurries. There will also be plenty to sing along to.
The program includes "Christmas Pipes" by Brendan Graham with unmistakable melodies, "Sleigh Ride in the Alps" by Alfred Bösendorfer and "White Christmas" by Irving Berlin. The program also includes "Puer natus in Bethlehem" and "Vom Himmel hoch, da komm' ich her" by Johann Sebastian Bach.
